White Wave, Boulder, CO, has assumed management responsibilities for Sun Soy® soymilk, the number three player in the soymilk market. The change of control comes as a result of reorganization within Dean Foods, the parent company of White Wave and the owner of the Sun Soy brand. After its purchase by Dean Foods, White Wave was asked to evaluate and manage Sun Soy, with the goal of increasing its market share.
